  First of all, I am brand new to programming and have come into this course more than a little intimidated. The purpose of this module is to introduce the fundamentals of using Python as a scripting program. I found myself confused for the majority of the time I worked on this assignment but was very proud when I managed to get a working code! I could not have completed this module without the help of the discussion board. I hope to have more focus and understanding in the next module.

Module 7 introduced Google Earth. Google Earth is an interactive mapping program that can be accessed for free. For this assignment, I used ArcGIS Pro to create a kmz file to be utilized in Google Earth. Using the provided data and the created kmz file I created a map of the counties and major cities of South Florida. I then used the touring feature of Google Earth to record a tour of the placemarks of the more popular locations of South Florida.
